Do your prices include VAT?<\/rect><\/rect><\/svg><\/summary>

Yes. Every price shown in the shop already includes VAT — the amount you see is the amount you pay. Shipping is added on top and is not subject to VAT.<\/p><\/details>\n

Where do you ship?<\/rect><\/rect><\/svg><\/summary>

We ship within Italy and to European Union countries. Orders outside the EU are not available for now.<\/p><\/details>\n

How much does shipping cost and how long does it take?<\/rect><\/rect><\/svg><\/summary>

Within Italy: Standard €5.00 (3–7 working days) or Express €10.00 (1–3 working days). For European Union countries the cost and delivery time are calculated at checkout, based on your address. Collection at the studio in Terracina is always free.<\/p><\/details>\n

Can I collect my order at the studio?<\/rect><\/rect><\/svg><\/summary>

Yes, free of charge, at Art Exhibit Tattoo — Via Annunziata 131, 04019 Terracina (LT). We email you as soon as the order is ready; bring a valid ID and your order confirmation.<\/p><\/details>\n

How do I track my order?<\/rect><\/rect><\/svg><\/summary>

When your order ships you receive an email with the courier and the tracking number. You can also check the status of your orders any time in the Account area.<\/p><\/details>\n

Can I return an item?<\/rect><\/rect><\/svg><\/summary>

Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase — the full procedure is in the Shipping & refund policy below. Return shipping is at your expense. Original artworks, custom or personalised pieces and opened sealed items cannot be returned.<\/p><\/details>\n

How do the workshops work?<\/rect><\/rect><\/svg><\/summary>

Workshops are organised personally by Yao. Through the website you only send a request from the form on the Workshops page — dates, location and payment are then arranged privately with you.<\/p><\/details>\n

How do I book a tattoo?<\/rect><\/rect><\/svg><\/summary>

Tattoo bookings are not handled through the shop. Send your idea, size and placement from the Contact page and Yao will reply to arrange everything directly.<\/p><\/details>\n
