I’m Yao, a blackwork tattoo artist based in Terracina, Italy. I create custom designs that blend organic imagery — dragons, skulls, skeletons, mythological creatures — with bold graphic compositions and deep blacks that age beautifully on the skin.

Every tattoo is drawn directly on the body, without stencils, so the design follows your anatomy and flows with your muscles and bone structure. Working freehand makes each piece impossible to repeat.

I’m drawn to the darker side of nature: the beauty in decay, the strength in bones, the stories whispered by serpents and ravens. My goal isn’t to follow trends but to make timeless pieces that resonate with the people who wear them.
