Shipping policy
We offer three shipping options for your convenience:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days within Italy, 7–15 business days for EU and international orders. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (Italy and EU). Priority handling with full tracking included.
- Collection on Site: You can collect your order directly from our location at our studio — Art Exhibit Tattoo, Via Annunziata 131, 04019 Terracina (LT). We will notify you by email when your order is ready for pickup. Please bring a valid ID and your order confirmation.
All orders are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable) once your order has been dispatched.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Articles 52-59 of the Italian Consumer Code and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins from the day you receive the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision before the deadline expires. You can send an email to info.atftattoo@gmail.com clearly stating your intention to return the product.
Returning products
Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods within 14 days from the date of notification. The products must be returned in their original packaging, complete with all accessories, labels, documentation, and protective materials. You may inspect the item to check its characteristics and functioning, but any damage beyond what is necessary for this inspection may result in a reduction of your refund.
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless the product is defective or not as described. Products returned at our expense without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days from the date we are informed of your withdrawal decision. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or until you provide proof of shipment, whichever occurs first.
Legal Guarantee
All products are covered by a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity. If goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described, you can request repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract termination at no cost.
Exclusions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to: original artworks, custom-made or personalized items, sealed hygiene products that have been unsealed, digital content once accessed, perishable goods, and date-specific services.
